Monthly Loyalty Memberships with M and M will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your Loyalty Membership is terminated by M and M. Annual Loyalty Memberships with M and M will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one year terms unless you choose to cancel or your Loyalty Membership is terminated by M and M. 

You are required to notify M and M immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. M and M may terminate automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.

Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation. Your Loyalty Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Loyalty Membership benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.

Information you provide in connection with the Loyalty Membership program will be used as described in our privacy policy at MandMhvac.com.

Loyalty Membership Billing

For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships and Annual Memberships, your method of payment on file with M and M will continue to be charged each month (for Monthly Memberships) or each year (for Annual Memberships) at the rate shown on your Loyalty Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled.

For automatically renewing Monthly Memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments will be collected based on the date of commencement shown on your Loyalty Membership Agreement:

Commencement Dates of 1st – 15th will be billed on the 15th of each month.

Commencement Dates of 16th – 31st will be billed on the 30th of each month.

For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, the first annual payment is collected at the time of service. After that, annual payments will be collected based on the date of commencement shown on your Loyalty Membership Agreement:

Commencement Dates of 1st – 15th will be billed on the 15th of the month of commencement.

Commencement Dates of 16th – 31st will be billed on the 30th of the month of commencement.

THE PURCHASER MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DAY THE PURCHASER SIGNS THE MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT BY DELIVERING OR MAILING TO M AND M WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, IF SENT BY MAIL, IS DEEMED TO BE GIVEN AS OF THE DATE THE MAILED NOTICE WAS POSTMARKED.
