I’ve used M and M several times in the previous years on my home and my rental properties. They’ve installed new furnaces and A/C, rewired an old house, and done interior and exterior electrical work. They repaired a furnace in one of my garages and done other large and small work for me over the years. They installed new furnaces and central A/C in my duplex rental. I always get excellent service and knowledgable help. One of my rental properties is over 100 years old, and they’ve made many improvements and updates for me over the years including some rewiring they did for me today. I’ve had many of their technicians and staff help me over the last 10 years and I’ve always been very satisfied with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for heating & cooling, plumbing, and electrical work.

Once again M and M Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical has come to my rescue. My air conditioner wasn’t working well and in the middle of summer is NOT when you want to find this out. I scheduled an appointment online last night. I received a call this morning letting me know a technician would come on Thursday. Wow! I couldn’t believe they could get me in so quickly. I received a call later in the day letting me know that Brien Gienger would be able to get me taken care of today! Brien showed up and quickly assessed what the issue was with my A/C. He had the necessary parts to complete his service call and have me cool once again.

We have had very bad experiences with other HVAC and rooter companies in the past. We are so glad we found M&M for our HVAC and plumbing needs. I really appreciate how patient and informative their tech Cody Gienger is answering all my boiler questions. Also, he seems to know that it’s better to maintain a boiler than replace it (we’ve had companies tell us it was going to die any minute and needed to be replaced or that it would die within a couple of years with no mention of maintenance or how best to extend the life of the boiler). This just adds to our appreciation of the fact that M&M has never tried to make us spend money unnecessarily, and we trust them. On the plumbing side, Abel Aragon saved us from blowing too much money on an expensive job with Elite Rooter, whose high pressure tactics and more expensive services I did not trust or like.
