If you move forward with a furnace installation prior to the end of the contest, and you are selected as the winner, M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical will credit you up to $11,000. If you are selected as the 1st Runner Up, we will credit you back the $1,000.

Contest Rules Checklist

✓ Contest dates: Entry period is October 1st – November 15th, winner announced November 30th 2024.

✓ Homeowners only, residential only.

✓ The Homeowner must live in the MnM service territory

✓ Furnace system must be no less than 10 years of age to qualify. The unit’s manufacturing date is typically on the nameplate, which may be on the backside of the outdoor cabinet.

✓ All Furnace systems that qualify as a winner or a runner-up must be evaluated by our office confirming model and serial numbers.

✓ The grand prize is a Furnace System, fully installed, valued at up to $11,000.

✓ Any additional cost, to upgrade ductwork or bring installation up to current code standards will be at an additional charge.

✓ One runner up will receive a $1000 credit towards a new Furnace system installed by M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. Appointment must be booked by 12.15.24.

✓ All entries will receive a $500 credit towards a new Furnace system installed by M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. Appointment must be booked by 12.15.24.

✓ No purchase necessary.

✓ Entries limited to one per household.

✓ Our offer grand prize winner must allow our brand to market and use photographs for website and marketing purposes.
